Training and Development are vital functions of the efficient operation and continuously improving systems of Resolve, and to this end we have integrated these systems throughout our organisation.
All of our asbestos removal operatives are trained annually.
To summarise our personnel can expect to receive training in four basic areas after their training needs have been analysed:
All personnel are included in the company’s training and development plan which provides a framework for the continuous development of our employees
Our workforce are trained and certificated or working towards to the CITB’s CCDO scheme, part of the CSCS scheme, and/or the CPCS scheme. Each operative undergoing assessment and NVQ as required.
As a core basic all Resolve site operatives receive the CITB’s ‘Demolition Operative Site Operative’ and ‘Asbestos Awareness’ refresher courses annually.
Certain individuals throughout the company undertake continuous professional development as part of their accreditation to various professional institutions.
